1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TopicLaunch ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Platform Overview

TopicLaunch is a crowdfunding platform that connects content creators with their audiences. Fans can fund video topic requests, and creators deliver the requested content within 48 hours of reaching the funding goal.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on TopicLaunch and may not be monetized, funded, or created through the Platform:

A. Adult Content and Services

• Content containing nudity or explicit sexual acts
• Pornographic material of any kind
• Sexually suggestive content involving minors
• Adult services, escort services, or sexual services
• Content that sexualizes, grooms, or otherwise exploits minors

B. Intellectual Property Infringement

• Content that infringes on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Unauthorized use of copyrighted material (music, videos, images, text)
• Leaked or pirated content (albums, movies, software, books)
• Content that violates licensing agreements or terms of service of third-party platforms

C. Violent Extremism and Hate Speech

• Content that promotes, encourages, or celebrates unlawful violence
• Hate speech targeting any group based on race or ethnicity, religion or belief system, disability or medical condition, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable characteristic
• Content promoting terrorism or terrorist organizations
• Content glorifying mass violence or mass shootings

D. Other Prohibited Content

• Content promoting illegal activities or products
• Content that encourages self-harm or suicide
• Content that harasses, bullies, or threatens individuals
• Misleading or fraudulent content
• Content that doxes or violates privacy rights
• Content promoting dangerous conspiracies or medical misinformation

3.2 Content Moderation

TopicLaunch reserves the right to:

• Review all topic requests before funding completion
• Review all submitted content before payment release
• Remove any content that violates this policy
• Suspend or terminate creator accounts that violate this policy
• Refund all contributions for topics that violate this policy

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Creators

• Must ensure all content complies with this Acceptable Use Policy
• Must obtain necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all content
• Must deliver content within 48 hours of funding goal completion
• Are responsible for accurate representation of their content
• Must not create content that violates platform policies

4.2 Fans/Contributors

• Must not fund topics that violate this Acceptable Use Policy
• Must not request content that promotes prohibited activities
• Are responsible for reviewing creator content before contributing

5. Reporting Violations

5.1 How to Report

If you encounter content that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, you can report it by:

• All reports are reviewed by platform administrators within 48 hours
• Violating content will be removed immediately
• Contributors will be refunded for violating topics
• Creators may face account suspension or termination

6. Repeat Violators

TopicLaunch maintains a zero-tolerance policy for repeat violators:

First Violation:

• Content removed
• Warning issued to creator
• Funds refunded to contributors

Second Violation:

• Content removed
• Account temporarily suspended (30 days)
• All active topics refunded
• Funds refunded to contributors

Third Violation:

• Permanent account termination
• All topics refunded
• Creator banned from platform

7. Platform Rights

TopicLaunch reserves the right to:

• Remove any content at any time for any reason
• Terminate user accounts that violate these terms
• Modify this policy with notice to users
• Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

8. Disclaimer

TopicLaunch does not:

• Endorse or verify creator content
• Guarantee content quality or accuracy
• Assume liability for user-generated content
• Monitor all content in real-time

Users engage with the platform at their own risk.

9. Legal Compliance

Users must comply with:

• All applicable local, state, and federal laws
• YouTube Terms of Service (for content hosted on YouTube)
• Copyright and intellectual property laws
• Age restrictions (users must be 18+ or have parental consent)

10. Changes to Terms

TopicLaunch may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
